1. Soul Permission & Akashic Check

Before working with us—whether joining our community, booking a session or a session pack—we seek permission to access your Akashic Records to ensure that your soul’s path aligns with the transformational work we provide. If we find that your soul’s journey is not in resonance with our offers or community we reserve the right to decline participation.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Once payment has been made for a session pack, an Akashic Reading & Clearing session, or community membership, all sales are final. Due to the profound and energetic nature of this work, refunds are not available after purchase. Our work is a sacred exchange. We invite you to commit only when you feel ready to receive and integrate the powerful transformation this sacred work will initiate.

3. Personal Responsibility

The insights and energy work provided are intended for spiritual growth and soul evolution. However, it is the responsibility of each client to integrate and apply the guidance in their own life. We do not guarantee specific results, as transformation depends on individual effort, readiness, and life path choices.

4. Commitment to Presence & Rescheduling Policy

Your presence is an essential part of the transformational container we hold. To honor the sacred energy, time, and trust involved in this work, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling any session.

If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time without prior communication, or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

In the case of session packs, if you fail to attend the first scheduled session without prior notice, the collaboration will be considered complete, and the entire pack will be forfeited without refund. This ensures the integrity of the container and respects the energetic commitment of both parties.

5. Session Pack Validity

Each session pack opens a sacred timeline for transformation. To keep the energy clear, focused, and potent, we kindly ask that your sessions unfold within the timeframes listed on the website at the time of purchase.

If the sessions are not scheduled and honored within the specified period, they will be considered completed and non-refundable, as the energetic container will have naturally dissolved. This policy ensures alignment, commitment, and respect for the sacred work we are entering together.

6. No Liability for Client’s Actions

5D Life Academy, including Razvan and Maria, is not responsible for any choices, decisions, or actions taken by the client following a session. While we provide guidance and energetic support, how you apply this information is entirely your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared through our offers, sessions, recordings, courses, or community—whether written, spoken, or transmitted energetically—is the intellectual property of 5D Life Academy and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without explicit written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We deeply respect your privacy. Any personal or spiritual information shared with us is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services, communication, or support related to your journey.

9. Code of Conduct

Respect and openness are fundamental to our work. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior towards our facilitators or the spiritual process.
